Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1 – Subject
This Distance Sales Agreement governs the terms and conditions between the Buyer (“Consumer”) and Özefe Marble Workshop (“Seller”) regarding the purchase of products offered through the https://ozefemarbleworkshop.com/ website, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 2 – Formation of Contract
- The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement and were informed correctly and completely about the product specifications, prices, and delivery conditions.
- Parties accept that all provisions of the agreement are compliant with the Turkish Code of Obligations and relevant legislation and prepared in good faith.
- The Buyer accepts that they approve this agreement voluntarily without any pressure and that it is in their interest.
- This agreement and all attached information are regulated in accordance with Article 6 of the Distance Contracts Regulation and other legal obligations.
- Both parties declare that the terms do not constitute unfair conditions and are based on mutual benefit.

Article 4 – Return & Warranty Conditions
- Upon delivery, the packaging must be checked; in case of visible damage, a report must be requested from the courier. Without a damage report, returns may not be accepted.
- If delivery is made to a third party, the Seller cannot be held responsible for refusal of receipt by that person.
- The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company.
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and without damage within 14 days of receipt. Notification must be made via email with the order number.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the product is received back. Damaged or used products will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For international returns, the Buyer bears the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Article 5 – Delivery Terms
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination and may not exceed 30 days by law.
- For custom-made products (e.g., personalized marble sinks), production and delivery time will be specified separately.
- No shipments are made on official holidays. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed.
- For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Article 6 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In disputes, Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction. For consumers within the EU/UK, local consumer protection laws may also apply without limiting their statutory rights.
Article 7 – Effectiveness
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement by electronically approving it on the website. A copy of the agreement is sent via email.
