Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders are verified and prepared on business days (Monday–Friday). Standard processing time is 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Made-to-order pieces (e.g., custom-size marble sinks) have the production lead time shown at checkout or on the product page.
Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship with DHL from Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye. Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 1–4 business days; international transit varies by destination and customs clearance. Unless a specific timeframe was promised, delivery will be completed within the legal maximum of 30 days.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can track via the official DHL page: https://www.dhl.com/tr-en/home.html.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated per item and shown at checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized/fragile items.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges and any customs delays are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
Please double-check your address at checkout. Once in transit, rerouting requests may incur carrier fees. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we can reship after collecting the applicable reshipping fee.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Inspect packages on delivery. If damage is visible, have the courier note it on the receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Returns & Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
If you purchased as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at ozefemarbleworkshop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We’ll reply with the return instructions and the return address (RMA). Unless otherwise stated, you should send the goods back within 10 days after your withdrawal notice.
- Pack the goods securely. You may examine items as you would in a store; normal handling will not affect your right to withdraw. Original packaging is appreciated but not mandatory.
Return Shipping Cost
Unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping is borne by the customer. For defective/incorrect items, we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Refund Method & Timing
We issue refunds within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may wait to refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Banks and card issuers may take extra time to post the credit.
Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-size or customized marble pieces), and other statutory exceptions.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, let us know in your email. We’ll confirm stock and applicable price differences. Exchanges are processed after the return is received.
