Products selected specifically for your order are sourced from stock or handcrafted. For personalized items (e.g., custom-sized marble sinks), production times will be specified during the order process.
Once prepared, your order is carefully packaged and handed over to our logistics partner, DHL. Products are shipped from Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. Domestic deliveries typically take 1–4 business days, while international delivery times vary depending on the destination.
After shipment, your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package via the official DHL tracking system at https://www.dhl.com/tr-en/home.html.
Free shipping is available for orders of 2000 TL or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is included in the total order amount and displayed at checkout.
